Elisabeth is a lawyer who has worked across many disciplinary jurisdictions and has particular expertise in the area of corruption allegations. Elisabeth is highly experienced in the area of Coronial Inquests having worked on some of the most high-profile coronial proceedings which have occurred in Queensland in the past decade. Elisabeth also works on criminal law files, regularly appearing as a solicitor advocate in the Magistrates Court and instructing counsel in the District and Supreme Court. Elisabeth’s firm approach to protecting her client’s rights ensures successful outcomes are regularly obtained.
Elisabeth forms part of the management team at Gnech and Associates through her appointment as the firm’s practice manager – legal.
Elisabeth’s interest in criminal law was sparked by volunteering at a not-for-profit organisation with a predominant focus on advocating for young people between the ages of 10-18 years who are facing criminal charges.
In her spare time, Elisabeth enjoys yoga, watching the stock market and socialising with friends and family.
